This prices are for bookings for 1 week or at least for 4 days/nights
For weekend bookings 1 to 3 days we charge a supplement of: € 10,- to € 20,- per day/person

Special arrangements for Weddings, Birthdays, Incentivs etc. can be arranged!

Children and families are warmly welcome!

A priceless advantage:
space and freedom for children, and no danger from traffic, thanks to the extensive park and garden surrounding the villa.

Price reductions for children sharing a room with their parents:
up to 2 years EUR 15.-
from 3 to 14 years 60 %;
from 15 years 30 %
(also in separate room) for at least 2 children.

To organize your children's free time and give parents a rest, the Kitz-Kinderland is at your disposal in summer:
from Monday to Friday from 10 o'clock in the morning to 3 o'clock in the afternoon, for children from 4 to 8 years old; a special children's programme by the Kitzbühel Tourist Board (optional)
